Outages every other week, seemingly no communication with the construction company that evidently keeps accidentally drilling into the fiber lines.

0 Stars if I could Constant outages, horrible communication, and when the internet IS up, the speeds are not as advertised, SLOW I Pay for 1 gig internet, was told in December that my router wasn't capable of 1 gig and needed to be replaced (by them). Radio silence and still the same situation now in May. So I pay for a gig, and im lucky if I hit 100 Mbps on a given day. These guys should get sued for false advertising or fraud at the least. Avoid if at all possible.

If I could give zero stars I would. The only internet company in our area so we’re forced to use them. So expensive for crappy packages and CONSTANT outages. Poor communication, no replies when we reach out. Dial up internet was probably faster and better than this service is.

We have Dice for internet service. It’s the most expensive internet we have ever had and have had at least 10 outages in less than a year, some for multiple days. So many cut cables and bad breakers etc. Can’t wait to move to a location where we have more internet options.
