This place is consisting of thieves. I cannot file my business documentation because whoever was working at the place, went to jail in Columbia and now I’m stuck without my business documentation plus I payid money to this place to get my taxes done, and the new owner, which is the original owner that had the business under her name so she can’t do nothing about the documentation that the guy took, so who should be held accountable whoever named the business is in or the guy that was working there at the time I think I’m gon... read more
I don’t understand what type of place this is I provided them with my tax documents for both businesses and my personal taxes back in March. It is now July, and I still have not had my paperwork nor have the people return my calls.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND FRAUD. They prepared our taxes for 2021 and we have still yet to get anything due to them making more than 8 mistakes in our taxes. We have tried to contact for more than 6 months and they are choosing to ignore us but got paid for the TERRIBLE SERVICE they provided. Do not due to your taxes with this people because if a problem occurs they wills disappear.
