I was skeptical of accupuncture, but after going for several months, I have seen great improvement in my stress level and back pain. I recommend Adalys, she is amazing!
Adalys is such a dedicated and competent acupuncturist. I went for lower back pain and have been several times and I’m very pleased with the outcome. I recently traveled overseas for a few weeks and was virtually pain-free the entire time. I will continue going to Diaz acupuncture for pain relief and overall wellbeing
Adalys Diaz is a wonderful professional. She has an easygoing, friendly, manner. She has studied many acupuncture techniques and was flexible in establishing my treatment plan. She and her people are a delight to work with and I recommend her professional services to anyone considering acupuncture.
Dr Diaz is amazing! She listens, she remembers, she explains and she’s very knowledgeable about treatment options. Any issue that I’ve expressed concern about has been treated and I feel relief. She’s even helped to address a sweet craving! It is the most relaxing office environment too. If you are skeptical, my suggestion is give it a try - and it’s not a one-and-done procedure - it’s not a magic trick - but it may just bring you the relief you’ve been looking for if you open your mind & body to it.
I have been seeing Dr. Diaz for a few years now She is so knowledgeable and truly caring. She has helped me so much with endometriosis, pms, perimenopause issues and even back pain! Especially sciatica (I feel relief upon leaving the treatment!) I am a huge believer in acupuncture now. It has really lessened my pain and I am so appreciative. The office is so calming and the treatments are so relaxing. I look forward to my weekly appointments. So glad I found Dr. Diaz 😊 I tell everyone I know to give acupuncture a try!!
