I’m not one to rely on others Reviews, because it’s relative to them and their lives, but!, in all honesty though, my hour long visit to Diaz Acupuncture has to be my MOST Relaxing hour of the week. Ms. Adalys Diaz has a very zenful waiting area, followed up with a moderately low lit, zenful room with meditation music playing. Her Motherly knowledge and attention to your aching needs are 100% yours. You’ll also enjoy your session while you lay on the heated massage table and if needed, heat lamp. This has been the most healing space for me in so many ways. I have been coming here weekly for several years and Dr. Diaz has helped me with so many things: chronic ankle and shoulder pain, PTSD symptoms, and overall stress and anxiety. I truly look forward to each session and leave feeling so much better! I can't recommend this place enough!

Being new to acupuncture, I was a bit of a skeptic. Let me tell you, you would be in good hands with Adaly Diaz, L.AC. Her intuitive sense of energy and compassion, combined with her assessment of her patient's needs, will put you on the path to healing and understanding the cause of your discomfort. I am completely out of network with her; she worked with me by offering a package discount. Make your appointments early. She is often booked up, but it is worth the wait.
