I found this store when I was visiting Santa Barbara several years ago and fell in love... anytime I am in town I visit, and I order from here at least a few times a year. Kind staff who called me once when I placed an online order and there was some issue (don't even remember what issue!), but humans actually fulfilling orders and ensuring quality service. Love Diani!
10/10 experience at Diani. Gorgeous items and very attentive customer service. Riley even taught me how to properly tie a one sided velvet ribbon so that the velvet faces out on the entire bow! I have always struggled with that. Above and beyond. Thank you!
I ordered loafers online and called with questions regarding fit and color. Excellent feedback. Shoes were shipped promptly & packaged beautifully.
