I loved the store. Such charming and pretty trinkets! I went this afternoon. The customer service was awful though, as soon as I walked in I was not greeted and was stared down almost by the older woman at the cash register. Checking out, the same woman rung me up. I tried to have a friendly conversation and told her I loved the store but ended up getting completely ignored. Not one reply to anything I said other than, “tap here and hold it” to pay. Got a gorgeous personalized journals here for my daughters. So many cover designs and paper options. The staff helped me pick the perfect one for bullet journaling. 10/10! Already planning my next purchase.

Might as well not use the post office here. They want to tell you things that dont really apply. Waste of time and the lady in the back older silver hair is always on her phone when I come in. 🙄 all I was trting to do is drop off some packages with a receipt. Not a spill on how you want boxes. Thank you for replying back, as that is part the issue. I asked directly to let me have it back and she continued so I explained that I've mailed 600 plus packages and never an issue. I Love this Hallmark Store. I have been shopping at this store for over 20+ years now. Don't let the Negative Reviews scare you from shopping here. The Staff is very friendly and out going. I Love that they have a little post office that you can mail packages from and you can buy stamps too. This store now Carries Dept 56 which is Awesome. They have lots of items/gifts to choose from. I love that they have different flavor Caramels and chocolates that you can buy too. So give this Store a try, you won't be disappointed.
