I have been patronizing this store for 23+ years. Today I went in to inquire about an ornament I had purchased that came without a charging cord. Essentially it is a paperweight without it. The woman at the register was so rude. She stated that those were to be purchased separately and they had none. It was not so much her words as the tone. These folks do NOT answer the phone. If you leave a message, you will play phone tag which can take days if you can't answer the phone for any reason. The USPS in this store also does NOT answer the phone!
