worst customer service EVER! They shipped a package with FEDEX but it got lost. I called FEDEX and they said there is no signature on file and asked me to contact DVF.com. I called DVF.com and they said yes there IS a signature so they cannot assit me with this order! EXCUSE ME?!!! They have not even tried to got the signature proof for me!! What kind of company on earth does such shitty thing to customer?! charge their card with no duty to help with the order which went wrong?!!!
