I had gone to two different places to look for a dress for my son’s wedding, needless to say I was beyond disappointed. Diane & Company has been my go-to for gowns for the past 15 years, and I was beyond lucky to have them design my wedding gown! Every time I come back, they never hesitate to give me exactly what I want—within my budget. The staff is so friendly, and the owners are truly amazing. I have to say this store was absolutely amazing. Tried on a few dresses, but they knew which one would look the best on me and I got so many compliments on my dress. I was so happy.
The service was amazing. Told them how much I wanted to spend and they only pulled dresses at that price point. Dresses are all beautiful! Highly recommend them for all dresses.
Awful experience! The staff was rude, condescending. I explained what I was looking for , and they only brought out what they wanted. They brought out 2 blue dresses and 2 green dresses. They were not accommodating and pushed hard for me to buy the dress that they wanted. They woul not allow pictures to send to my sister to show her and get someone's opinion. You are not even allowed to look around the shop to try on what YaoU wanted. Even if I liked one of their dresses, I would not give them my business.
