Diane & Company has been my go-to for gowns for the past 15 years, and I was beyond lucky to have them design my wedding gown! Awful experience! The staff was rude, condescending. I explained what I was looking for , and they only brought out what they wanted. They brought out 2 blue dresses and 2 green dresses. They were not accommodating and pushed hard for me to buy the dress that they wanted. They woul not allow pictures to send to my sister to show her and get someone's opinion. You are not even allowed to look around the shop to try on what YaoU wanted. Even if I liked one of their dresses, I would not give them my business.
Please do not shop here at all! Kimberley which I am guessing is the owner is a horrible rude person. I made a post on a buy, sell or trade group. I was looking for a specific dress which was sherri hill, considering I am posting in the group to also buy the dress for cheaper, the dress was $3,000. Incredible experience! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by the sweetest staff making us feel so welcomed! The store is absolutely beautiful! They wasted no time setting our daughter up with such a sweet young sales assistant Sofia. Sofia immediately got right to finding out what type of style and color dresses our daughter was interested in. Nothing was rushed at all! The boutique is pretty. Dresses are okay. However, Went there to purchase a dress for a very special event. They do not allow you to browse around. The “stylist” picks out dresses for you considering on what you’re looking for which is absurd because, “my style is not your style”. Also why would I purchase anything here when I can’t take a picture to see how it photographs.
