Incredible experience! From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted by the sweetest staff making us feel so welcomed! The store is absolutely beautiful! They wasted no time setting our daughter up with such a sweet young sales assistant Sofia. Sofia immediately got right to finding out what type of style and color dresses our daughter was interested in. Nothing was rushed at all! Absolutely Beautiful UNIQUE prom dresses! Everyone was extremely helpful. They made it a very simple and straightforward experience. My only advice is to have the dress altered elsewhere to save BIG money! We did and the outcome was perfect! So many compliments received on the dress from everyone! We will definitely shop here again! :)
I had an absolutely awful experience at this store, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. From the moment I walked in, I was not allowed to browse the dresses myself, which was frustrating because I wanted to get a feel for what was available. Instead, the staff insisted on picking dresses for me, completely disregarding my input. I had such a disappointing experience at Diane & Company. From the moment I walked in, everything felt incredibly rushed and they were just shoving these dresses that I didn't like into my face even after I expressed what I wanted with pictures. To make things worse, they gave me dresses that were two sizes too big, didn’t fit my body or chest area properly. It was honestly insulting and uncomfortable.
