Every single employee is & has always been very pleasant, patient & helpful. I take a young lady that was involved in single car accident when she was 15 (she turns 40 this month). She cannot talk so the communication takes longer & she doesn't always know what she wants to get. The employees always tell her what they have, make suggestions & will bring numerous items to the window for her to choose from, never rushing the process.
