My experience with Diana Skaggs is she is only interested in billable hours. Three years after my divorce settlement, my ex-husband poked holes in our maintenance agreement, and I emailed Ms. Skaggs with a simple question. I understood I would have to compensate her for advice. However, her advice was to make an appointment. For that, I received a bill for $37.00. Very professional and very honest with their services and opinions. My contact for my case Elizabeth Howell was very prompt with entire process. Not a single thing I can complain about and actually I was very surprised when I got refund back from their firm a month after my case was closed. I never seen any attorney firm refunding deposit money before which was very surprising for me. I learnt that, for them charges were not important but doing best for their client was propriety.
