I had been going to her for the last few years and this year was awful. There was miscommunication about appts, that was on me, I was told I couldn't have an in person appt they were drop offs. I was told my taxes would be done the weekend I dropped them off, they didn't even call to tell me they were done. Have email proof, once they were emailed to me, with an apology from whoever Kara is, all I received were the signature pages.
