Diana doesn't even deserve one star! My 15 minute phone call was reschedule 3 times then on the 4th appointment, I had to call 7 minutes AFTER my appointment to find out she had an emergency! Worst Customer Service EVER!!!!!
We've been extremely happy with Diana over the last three years in the preparation of our taxes. Although there was an input error on our 2020 tax return, which we were informed of by the IRS, we quickly brought this error to the attention of Diana, which she handled it immediately, professionally, and was very apologetic of the error having been made; mistakes do happen in this business. That said, we will continue to use the services of Diana Day-Murphy for the foreseeable future.
One word sums it up. AMAZING. Diana is down to earth, professional, and expert in her field and super personal. I am so thankful that i found her! I would refer anyone to her. She is a miracle worker!
