They just redid 6 dining room chairs and they look FABULOUS!!!! Literally might look nicer than they did when they were new. The customer service was great as well. Highly recommend!
Before and after photos of my 25+ year old La-Z-Boy recliner we got back from Diamonds Upholstery in Shell Rock. Highly recommend, Diane is such a pleasure to work with and does awesome work! Very timely and accommodating, She stands behind Her affordable quality work.
Paid $225 deposit on Nov 17 to order material to re-cover chair. Have not heard from her even after 4 calls to leave messages. Want my money back. Well, it turns out the lady was on vacation, so did not get my messages. All has been rectified and we have our chair back. It looks great, and we are completely satisfied. Would recommend Diamonds to anyone needing upholstery.
I contacted the business regarding replacing the cover on a 1980 racing motorcycle seat and was greeted with a cheery "Sure. Bring it on by." I dropped it off expecting a few days turn-around time and she said "I can do it right now if you have a minute". She attached the cover in a few minutes, did a superb job, and charged me a couple dollars!! Man, I wish I had more experiences like this. Will I be back for future upholstery needs? You betcha!!!
