Diamonds Upholstery exceeded my expectations! I loved my 11-year-old Franklin pushback recliners, they just needed an update. DU guided me thru the process of finding the perfect fabric, which I purchased from Hobby Lobby at 40% off. Start to finish was about a month and DU always responded to my texts. I could not be happier! Excellent work at a great price!
They just redid 6 dining room chairs and they look FABULOUS!!!! Literally might look nicer than they did when they were new. The customer service was great as well. Highly recommend!
Before and after photos of my 25+ year old La-Z-Boy recliner we got back from Diamonds Upholstery in Shell Rock. Highly recommend, Diane is such a pleasure to work with and does awesome work! Very timely and accommodating, She stands behind Her affordable quality work.
Paid $225 deposit on Nov 17 to order material to re-cover chair. Have not heard from her even after 4 calls to leave messages. Want my money back. Well, it turns out the lady was on vacation, so did not get my messages. All has been rectified and we have our chair back. It looks great, and we are completely satisfied. Would recommend Diamonds to anyone needing upholstery.
