Purchased a 50 mintue massage from groupon and called to make an appointment. After several attempts over a few days I finally got the owner on the phone and asked to make an appointment. She told me she only does same day appointments and to call back the morning of the day I would like to come in. I tried calling back three more times and was never able to reach someone. Not a very good way to do business if you want to keep customers.
