Amazing boutique firm with demonstrated capability. Stephen handled my matter with great care and I felt very comfortable with the results and file updates provided directly by Chris at reception, Tao, and the rest of the team. Will definitely be engaging Diamonds Solicitors for all of my future legal matters. Extremely happy
The firm is very rude and unprofessional with poor communication skills. The owner berated me for not calling another time as he was busy, which was not communicated to me by his assistant. I do not recommend this business and look elsewhere.
AVOID AT ALL COST. If I could give this firm a 0 star, I would. Their paralegal assistant Chris HT had the worst attitude and passive aggressiveness. I switched to a different conveyancing firm because Chris audibly sighed in annoyance on the phone and said “mate I literally just told you I’m working on it now” when I asked for a timeframe, after a week of no reply to e-mails. By far the best and friendliest firm. Everyone is really knowledgeable, out issue was family matters regarding wills and estates everything was done quickly and fairly and cost effectively. We will continue on with this firm. Thank you Steve for all his efforts.
No communcation at all from this firm. Have contacted multiple times with no answer. Have been waiting for a response for over 2 months now. Have emailed several times since with no response at all. Would NOT recommend to anyone.
