This company is horrible. They will tell you to select a 4 hour delivery window but it is not accurate. They only truly give you a date of delivery and you will not know when it will show up, despite it being sugnature required and necessitating you being present to receive the delivery. It could be anytime that day, or not even show up on that day. Customer service will speak to you with complete sarcasm and excuses, and claim this is how other companies work as well. Could be good but they are 3 hours past their delivery window and never once called me to inform me they are running behind. I keep getting “you’re the next stop” texts which mean nothing.
Ken is a great driver, we have upbeat conversations and he is patient!
Kenneth “Ken” Smith was my delivery driver and truly the GOAT. He was warm, friendly, and handled my package with impressive care and attention to detail. He walked me through how to make sure everything was in perfect condition and what steps to take if it wasn’t. Outstanding service like this deserves serious recognition — give this man a raise!
