Their Service Totally Sucks!! (And let me explain as to why I feel this way...) You see, back on December 26th of 2018 I stopped by the Gilbert location where I purchased a new 8' Legacy Pool Table for $2,344.29.. And to date I haven't received anything (Except messages from Tom (The sales Rep who originally sold me the Table) and Julie who apparently helps out their "Scam" from their Tempe location... Hi there! My name is Craig O. Ringland and let me tell you my story... You see, back on the 26th of December (2018) I drove to the Gilbert AZ location where I purchased a new Pool Table for $2,344.29. And now (after several calls to Tom at (602) 668-5277 and Julie at (602) 843-1320) I'm still waiting on the Delivery of my New Pool Table and it's now the 20th of February 2019!! This was the worst experience ever! We ordered our pool table in October and we were told that we would get it by December. They had no communication with us about the status. We kept calling and got the same answer “It is on the boat getting shipped here.” I finally got frustrated and called the manufacturing company. They told me that it was getting shipped and since Diamondback Billiards did not pay their invoice, they could not send it to them for delivery.
