I worked at diamond willow in little falls mn the nursing director is very bias in his hiring process and shows favoritism to certain staff he won't let you express anything he accuses you of things that are not true he is very immature and not professional with how to handle things. The regional director also does the same thing she ignores staffs phone calls and is bias and won't listen to any concerns. This is a very outstanding business. They treat all their residents with great care and they have amazing employees. One of their employees who stood out to me was named ilyse I believe. She was such a hard worker and she is so sweet and caring to all of the residents. I would rate this business 5 out of 5 stars!
Diamond willow has an array of amazing staff who take very good care of the residents. It is a fun and inviting environment! Would recommend to anyone!
