If I could leave zero stars I would. This is an extremely unprofessional establishment. If you truly love and care for the person you are looking to put into a care facility stay FAR away from this place. Food preparation I would only hope breaks several health codes. I’m honestly very concerned about the level of cleanliness and professionalism at this facility. My Grandma was there for a short while back in 2016, but it was a beautiful place then with good care, big rooms, nice living room, .music came in, very welcoming to family & real food and great staff! ********* Update: Diamond Willow is NOT the same as it was! Lots of staff turnover (most likely due to management). It use to be such a great place but it’s not the same as it was

My family member was here and I was not impressed. They never took these people out of the home. I think they were bored there. They talked about rehab but I never saw anything like that. The management was the worst. With the new assisted living places in town I don't see this place surviving. They have dropped his bottom dentures months ago . They promised my family member they would fix them . They just thought it appropriate to glue them. Really ? They dropped his shaver abd broke it and his music player, shrunk his clot... read more
