I bought a neck fan, charged it up used it for 10 minutes just to make sure it worked, turned it off and when I went to turn it back on to use it while I was out in the heat, the power button was gone, I was so stunned, like wait where did it go, and I can hear it moving around inside. Very cheap products, I only got 10 minutes of use out of it before it broke. I was so excited to have this product and was quickly disappointed.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Had an issue with Diamond Visions mini puck lights. Talked to Kevin Heinzel & he took the time to explain & assist me with my problem, as well as sending me a replacement. This is the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever received from anywhere else! Ty so much Kevin for your help! I definitely will continue to be a Diamond Visions customer! Dennis S. :)
I thought I was working with chinese equipment.Now that I realize It was made in usa. I'm mad as hell who the hell has the right to sell me this crap and keep breathing?
