I reached out to this company for help with replacement pieces I need for my teak wood table. They’re strangely thin pieces that I’ve struggled to find, so I provided photos of the cracked pieces, as well as measurements. A rep named Kevin got back to me and immediately had an attitude, saying he “doesn’t know why I would send measurements in inches and cm” I replied commented on how rude he was, and told him I’m not a teakwood expert and he could have simply explained to me how they prefer measurements are sent in.
