I reached out to this company for help with replacement pieces I need for my teak wood table. They’re strangely thin pieces that I’ve struggled to find, so I provided photos of the cracked pieces, as well as measurements. A rep named Kevin got back to me and immediately had an attitude, saying he “doesn’t know why I would send measurements in inches and cm” I replied commented on how rude he was, and told him I’m not a teakwood expert and he could have simply explained to me how they prefer measurements are sent in. I LOOOOOVE this place. Their wood is so cool and it makes such beautiful furniture I’ve even made some tables for my brothers. Voting this place is like a trip into another world. There so much to see and they’re always getting new stuff. The folks that work here are super nice and the owner is often on premises to show you around. 11 out of 11 🤙🤙🤙
These guys are great. I'm a small time maker and they made me feel welcome even if I didn't have the knowledge to ask all the right questions. (I went for lumber needs) I saw stuff being worked on and it was gorgeous.
