I reached out to this company for help with replacement pieces I need for my teak wood table. They’re strangely thin pieces that I’ve struggled to find, so I provided photos of the cracked pieces, as well as measurements. A rep named Kevin got back to me and immediately had an attitude, saying he “doesn’t know why I would send measurements in inches and cm” I replied commented on how rude he was, and told him I’m not a teakwood expert and he could have simply explained to me how they prefer measurements are sent in. Great selection of wood
I have order from Diamond Tropical Hardwoods many times. Their wood is fabulous and always dry and ready to turn. The dimensions are always true to what is listed. Shipping is fast. They have several different species of exotic hardwoods in different sizes. I will continue to order from them as needed. Their customer service is always great to deal with.

I have the luxury of living close enough to Diamond Tropical Hardwoods to be able to visit the warehouse. And I've been doing so periodically for a few years. The owner, Kevin is gracious, generous with his time and most of all absolutely passionate about wood. It's always a pleasure visiting and looking through the stacks of tropical hardwoods. Highly recommend.
