At a stoplight I watched a driver (586) open his door and throw trash on the ground, change lanes twice without using a blinker, and block a turn lane bc it wasn’t the turn they needed…all in less than a quarter mile.
DOT Transportation Fleet: Their dispatchers and some drivers have the worst attitudes. They lack the ability to treat their riders with dignity and respect. They lack the ability to engage in a non.
