We’ve lived here for a few weeks now, and so far it’s been great, the townhome is very nice and modern. There are some little flaws here and there, but overall are very nice. Dave, the regional manager, who has been our point of contact since our application process, has been so helpful and kind. These are priced very well and affordable, for what you get.
Ever since the new management took over living here hasn't been pleasant. You can barely get in touch with anyone, there's no one on site, they forged my lease and wouldn't resolve it but instead put me out. You're never going to talk to anyone directly and I've been waiting for over 5 months to get things in my unit fixed and they ignored my work order
