I had a great experience ordering from Diamond Tour. My shafts were an amazing deal, and we're delivered really quickly. I spoke with a sales rep who was very friendly as well. I would recommend checking out DTG if you need components at a great price!
I purchased two items from Diamond Tour Golf and they been great. They even put the wrong grip on the driver I bought and made it right by sending me the grip after the fact. The only thing I would say is avoid using PayPal as there was some issues completing the order. A1 all the way. Cheers!
I have been purchasing clubs and components from DTG for almost 10 years. With that said I can honestly say the quality and the customer service I have received is far beyond any other golf company/manufacturer and that includes Ping, Calloway and TM! And their turn around time is awesome!!! When I had problems receiving items through the regular usps..they started using ups! Good folks to do business with. I used to play Titleist AP1 irons. Then I played a round with my son's Grand Hawks. They were longer and straighter, at least in my hands. I sold the Titleists and have bought two generations now of Diamond Tour irons with the proceeds, with cash to spare. I have never had the slightest problem with ordering, quality, and such, and as to timing, they do tell you they build to order. Just plan a little bit ahead.
