Gina was excellent in providing guidance on the use of black lined foil tape. She was very professional and friendly , knowledgeable and responsive. I will definitely use Diamondtech in the future!
Diamond Tech is AWESOME! The staff there, especially Gina and her whole group always always go out of their way whenever I’ve needed anything! Their level of service is hard to find elsewhere. I’ve had some odd requests for them in the past, and they’ve always found a great solution for my situation. I wish customer service was this good everywhere, it’s easy to see they really care about the customer and strive to keep them happy and coming back for more. I have really enjoyed making several of their Studio Pro lamp kits. The lamps are high quality and I have enjoyed having a this unique way to showcase my stained glass work. Gina at customer service was extremely helpful when I needed replacement parts after I dropped a part and damaged it.
I buy the kits off of hobby lobby and while putting one together, i messed up and dropped the glass, and the glass broke. devastated i reached out to their customer service, and they helped me out. Thanks Gina, will be buying many more.
I purchased a Diamond Max Elite 2 in 1 grinder and was having an issue with it and Gina from Diamond Tech was beyond helpful! I love my grinder but her customer support makes me very comfortable buying anything from this company because I know I have their support! Thank you Gina!!!
