10/10 would not go anywhere else to get my taxes filed! Rushi, who has taken over for Phil went above and beyond and took such great care to make sure it was a seamless process. He is very skilled and thorough making sure everything was done accurately. Cannot recommend him enough, he will always have my business!
Very disappointed in the take over from Phil Chaisson. I have been using his service for the last 20 years and he was amazing! This NAV person who has taken over is awful. Claimed an e-transfer of funds was never sent after i had sent bank documentation proving otherwise. will not return any emails and avoids all my calls trying to get through. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and have notified them of his fraudulent and shady business practices. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
