I have absolutely no complaints ! Lakeisha was very professional and courteous with me ! She has two locations , i chose the north Columbus location for convenience. I called her telling her about my concerns because I was struggling to file by myself even though I usually do file myself . She was able to get more money then I was projected , and also was able to get me a nice advance on my refund. Fee was a tad bit higher than the corps but I will support a small business any day over the mega corps. I would highly recommen... read more
