My husband and I came to file our taxes for the first time being married and Erin Ring prepared our taxes in Elk River this morning. I never write complaints but she was extremely rude. I had my 2023 taxes done here, and what should have been simple, standard taxes became a nightmare with the gal helping us, spent more time talking about herself, then doing them correctly. I came back and demanded they have someone check her work. Which they had a gentleman look them over. Fast forward to this year, went somewhere else, and come to find out , neither person saw my 2 statements for interest I received that needed to be claimed LAST YEAR. I recently moved to Mn. I needed someone to do my taxes for 22,23 and now 24.last year I went to Diamond and had them do my 22 taxes. The lady I sat with insisted I wasn’t able to write off things I’ve written off in the past and couldn’t answer questions I had. Therefore I didn’t have them do my 23 taxes.
