Edit to add that this is actually the worst place. I’ve given them patience and grace and understanding too many times to be forgiving to how they treat their patients. You are nothing more than a dollar sign tj them good luck getting anyone on the phone. Don’t get comfortable with your therapist they rotate out like a revolving door. No consistency or communication handled appropriately they prefer to be a robot and only communicate through the portal. I do not have any complaints about the current therapy. However, the waiting room is very uncomfortable 😣. It is a small, crowded area with high volume at times and feels very weird for a therapy office. The appointment is actually for my child so it is not my right to ask for different accommodations for a waiting space but I think there could be some improvement in this area.

*An update and amazing recommendation for a psych NP.* I FINALLY was properly diagnosed with ADHD and OCD. For the first time in almost 20 yrs I found a Pshyciatric NP who actually listened and understood. For once. I wasn't told I was BiPolar when my symptoms do not align with the diagnostic criteria.
