The director told me that I couldn’t come back to the establishment because of vaccines THE DAY OF. She literally stood in between me and the door. The teachers said my child bit and slapped three kids days before to establish a reason. But my child keeps to herself. She was always getting sick there every week it was some new disease and constant ER visits. One day they were an hour late to open and people were literally lined up outside. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

I absolutely can not speak more highly of Kindercare Diamond Springs!!!! This place was an absolute blessing for our little girls. After a horrible experience with Childtime. Kindercare welcomed us with open arms immediately and are everything we look for in a child care facility. The teachers and staff truly care about every child, are very well organized, they are informative, and their communication is 2nd to none. We absolutely love this place!!!

Considered sending my infant son here. Completed the online registration. Toured just the infant room but after speaking with some coworkers and hearing personal experiences I decided against it. I myself wasn't comfortable with how the infants and toddlers are combined in one room. It was very hectic. Also didn't like the door access procedure. It is an older facility and it shows. I just absolutely love Kindercare for my children! I couldn’t have picked a better place ! This has been the most organized, clean , interactive daycare my children have ever attended ! The communication through the app is awesome ! The staff are professional and extremely interactive with the kids , this helps with development, speech and motor skills !! I just love it so much!! I appreciate them and all they do for my children !
