As I recently reviewed on YELP, this salon was absolutely a dissatisfying and painful experience. I felt disrespected as I waited over 30 minutes for any human contact as I soaked. I had to ask the receptionist to file me as my scheduled technician never showed up to either greet me or assist me. I had to ask several times for help. My tech showed up for my service 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with no apology. My Iill-shaped nails looked satisfactory for about 7 days before they began to lift and crack.
