I called asking if they offer any skin treatments to a part of my body which was responded with a judgmental, unprofessional rude response. I understand if people are not comfortable with certain procedures on specific body parts however professionalism is important and having compassion for customers coming to your business about a sensitive topic is scary and being met with rude responses is unacceptable.
