We love this store! Great deals on apparel and super awesome boot selection, lots of options and variefy of brands, gaily priced! The tack section and the custom leather work area are cool too. The owner and employees are extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment for KIDS, too!
They really helped me out on a manufacturer stitch failure on my Durangos. The leathersmith looked up my purchase and gave me a few options. I decided to grab a pair that was in stock. $20 (upgrade) for a replacement pair? Absolutely! Thank you so much! Incredible customer service and always helpful. Hands down my "go to" for boots. I'll thumb wrestle you on a better place! I've spent close to $1k on boots there. It's very nice finding a western store here in Duluth. Tge people are very pleasant, they have an in house leather shop.
I really have zero interest in horses but this place is still great! I brought in a leather knife sheath today that needed repair. The lady there was an absolute delight and fixed it perfectly while I waited. Outstanding service. Please buy something expensive there to make up for the fact that they made so little on me.
Great service. Friendly and helpful. I needed a leather sandal repaired. They fixed it right there in less than 10 minutes, and it's perfect. Very reasonably priced. Saved me from having to buy new sandals too!
