I went in for a ROLFING session with Kelly. I had a great experience. My body feels more relaxed, aligned and I feel more calm overall. She is very professional and good at what she does. The office and treatments space are roomy, clean, well organized and have a nice view of nature. Highly recommend!

The infrared sauna treatments recommended by my acupuncturist have been an important addition to my treatment plan for suspected Lyme disease. I always have reduced fatigue and joint pain when I finish a treatment. The private sauna room has everything I need and is a pleasant place to relax. Kelly is a pleasure to work with.
