I went in for a ROLFING session with Kelly. I had a great experience. My body feels more relaxed, aligned and I feel more calm overall. She is very professional and good at what she does. The office and treatments space are roomy, clean, well organized and have a nice view of nature. Highly recommend!
I have been using this sauna for two years now. It’s always clean, quiet and relaxing. The infrared dramatically improves my back and hip pain. Kelly is always warm, welcoming and thoughtful. I highly recommend for relaxation and detox!
This is the way. After leaving my first Rolfing session, I felt reminded on how I should inhabit my body. Feeling more aligned, less stressed, and more on purpose. The fog and unclarity of my health and wellness path feels lifted and more clear. Kelly is intuitive, caring, and brings a calming presence. Well worth the investment! 💪🏻 Booyah! Also, there’s a beautiful cemetery across the street. A great place to walk around and integrate the work that Kelly has provided! Enjoy!
The infrared sauna treatments recommended by my acupuncturist have been an important addition to my treatment plan for suspected Lyme disease. I always have reduced fatigue and joint pain when I finish a treatment. The private sauna room has everything I need and is a pleasant place to relax. Kelly is a pleasure to work with.
I've had a wonderful experience using the infra red sauna at Diamond Rolfing and Movement! It's a great set up and a seamless experience. I SO appreciate being able to take a quick shower directly after the sauna. That makes this 6 stars in my book!
