What a Nightmare!!! There isn't enough room to describe my experience with Diamond Outdoor but after months of lies saying I was always on the schedule for next week then having no one show up with no explanation only to call and be told I was on schedule for "next week" week after week after week (literally months) I got law enforcement involved. Great service We had these guys install a window in our new garage that another company had built. That other company was going to charge us $400 for a smaller window. After calling around, I found this company and got a quote from them. A larger window only cost us $250, and they were prompt in getting it installed. These guys were polite and eager to help us correctly resolve some other issues we were having with our garage. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects!
