The experience I had was unreal mainly with how they operate their moves. As it was an inconvenience for me to move on the desired day I wanted to move. Instead I had to go with what they had available. When I went weeks ahead of time to get help with my move. Secondly the movers where cool but the moved stuff I couldn’t move back on my own and left behind there own door stopper. When they only had 1 in the first place.
I never recommend this company. After you pay, they won't take responsibility. They are a terrible company with highly offensive staff. They lost our dining table and never responded; they didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience.
I was Verbally attacked in my home by one of the workers. They moved things that were trash. Not what were supposed to be moved. Then The guy threaten to push me through a window... The Buffalo location is Totally Unorganized and unprofessional. As for the Higher ups. Sad Crew of People. I m a customer. They were paid for a job they didn't complete. I had to finish myself. ... I would NEVER AGAIN Use Diamond And there wrecking crew Again...
I wouldn't recommend anyone use this company.. I was booked to move today 5/15/2023 for 9am they canceled at the last min at 8:15am.. The reason that I was given was the truck was in the shop.. So apparently they didn't know until 45mins to pick up that the truck was inside the shop.. So now my children and I have to go to a hotel for 2 nights because all of our belongings are broke down and packed up with no electcity or gas.. I have a newborn.. I belive they over booked.. Very unprofessional
