This company defrauded my trucking business out of $3,600 for a load delivered. He is a compulsive liar! He kept promising me and my factoring company that he will send a check and failed to do so. Please be aware of this scammer. I will be pursuing legal actions against his company asap!

We attempted to contact David Pena and his accounting team but were unsuccessful. The communication inside this company is lacking. After numerous tries, my company is still waiting for payment. We're taking the same steps as the review below. However, we intend to pursue legal action as the next step.
