This review is based on a phone call and advice on a hoof situation for a cow. Koos was kind of enough to reach out to me and offer great advice and instructions via a video call and he was very thorough in his explanations and took the time to draw things on the whiteboard and just really appreciate his time and effort to explain things thoroughly to me and I'm in great hopes that this will all workout for me and my cow. He is a great person to deal with and appreciate his time.
