The seat is terrible. I was told 4 to 6 wks, it took 13 wks and i still don't have everything I ordered. I was told you would charge half upon receipt but you changed the whole amount, before doing anything. And you tried to charge again. I attempted to contact you and left several messages which were not returned. The seat has wrinkled and looks like it's 20 years old and it only has 200 miles on it. I've had 5 seats from Hartco but I will never recommend you. Your whole episode was regretful.
