Purchased a seat last year (2025) for 2013 goldwing. 6 weeks turned into nearly 6 months. No utopia backrest, as marketed, they sent an old style one with the promise of getting the utopia backrest sent after they get back in stock. That never happened, lots of runaround. Initially the quality seemed good. After mounting with some hassle (see below about pan and seat spacers) The new Diamond seat did not fit my wife at all. She is 5"4' 120lbs. She had no room. The seat is terrible. I was told 4 to 6 wks, it took 13 wks and i still don't have everything I ordered. I was told you would charge half upon receipt but you changed the whole amount, before doing anything. And you tried to charge again. I attempted to contact you and left several messages which were not returned. The seat has wrinkled and looks like it's 20 years old and it only has 200 miles on it. I've had 5 seats from Hartco but I will never recommend you. Your whole episode was regretful.
