I've been going to this bike shop for several years, and Mal is always helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He is also very reasonable with his prices and bike repair/service fees. From what he's said over the years, it's clear that he knows the bike industry extremely well, and has lots of invaluable experience in it. Definitely worth listening to his advice! What a great find this bike shop is...Mal was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my bike issues today. This is the way I remember bike shops being. Fantastic customer service these guys know there bikes , helped me find the right bike in the correct size. Put up with me driving them a tad crazy with all my questions. I highly recommend coming here they sure do take the time to help you out... Thanks I love my ROSCOE
