Always great service. Very helpful and friendly
Alicia is one of those employees that you hear about but rarely see. Great customer service, knowledgeable about the industry, compassionate about finding a way to have the customer walk away with a smile. I can't say enough great things about Alicia! While I expect good service at DCU, she is extraordinary. I will be talking about my visit for years to come. THIS is the kind of relationship people talk about but rarely experience.
We have Diamond for our personal and business accounts. We love them! They are always available to answer any questions we have regarding our accounts. They even check in on us to see how we are doing and see if we can make our money work better for us! I suggest Diamond to all our friends, family and our customers.
This Branch of Diamond Credit Union is by far the best in my opinion because of the amazing people that work there. I’ve only been a member for maybe a two years now but my experience is fantastic, Mr. Emil at the front desk is always a great guy to greet me, Mrs. Alicia in the offices has helped me with applications, accounts and everything in between and has been a very big help and always really nice.
