I've been a member for over 25 years and the service at Diamond has always been above and beyond. From a house fire years ago to an identity theft issue they have always treated us with kindness and patience. Now with even more branches it is easier to be able to stop in somewhere close, even when we had changed jobs. Emil at the Exeter Office was very helpful on having to set up new accounts. I can't recommend this group enough!
