I have been a member here for years. I got hurt in a work related injury getting hit by an excavator needing spine surgery and being out of work for 10 months. Everything i have tried to work out they did not help. I fact the collection team told me he was not going to go down the rabbit whole of my case again. Who talks to a temporarily disabled person this way. Truely pitiful his name was Michael . Terrible way to deal with people. Do not give them the time of day. Take your business elsewhere.

I had my a few charges to my account that I did not approve or make. I'm glad I stopped in to ask about them. Brea went above and beyond helping me, making sure my questions were answered and the problem solved. Thank you so much for helping me! This is why I love this branch!
June was awesome!! She even stayed after on a Friday to help me and make sure to get me to the right person and get my loan approved and pick up the check! What a saint! Super nice and professional!!
The girls at the Boyertown branch were outstanding! I was greeted by Brea and her customer service was fantastic! She was more than willing to help me. I'm glad I'm a member of Diamond Credit Union and I definately think more people should join. The experience I had today really left a positive vibe! Keep up the great work!
