They sent me an empty box, and I was waiting for their response. I told my roommate about it, and they decided to order too. Then I got a message saying I “broke their rules” or some nonsense. The quality is not great and I have been waiting on my order for over a week and when I reached out they said they were sorry and would ship my stuff the next day it’s been two more days and my delivery is still waiting to be picked up at the facility so it’s not even left yet!!!!
I can’t comment on the quality of the product because my package has still not arrived. However, I made a complaint about that in a review and within a few hours they company contacted me explaining the delay and apologizing for it. Even though the delay was because of the mail carrier and uncontrollable holiday/weekend delays they gave me a gift card for the inconvenience.
