Really poor customer service. Called to ask few questions (was about to place order ) but the guy was lazy to talk and after minute put me on music without warning. Can you believe how rude??? I called again, now he put me on music straight away. Nonsense. Now cancelling order. Thanks God I called to check
We purchased all seasons down duvet, and what can I saw, we sleep under a cloud. It does not compare to down and feather we used in the last years. I had no dealings with the customer service because there was no need to. I bought on Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday. I tried to compare prices to other retailers and these people were reasonable. Also, I quite liked the unprofessional look of the website. I know it can put people off, thinking whether this is the real deal.. but maybe this person does not pay... read more

Terrible customer service man on the phone was really rude and then told me to pay again although I’ve already paid still haven’t refunded the amount originally paid. Took my money and no product sent and tell me on the phone that they haven’t got the money but clearly they have from the transaction on my accounts. Would avoid at all cost
An incredibly professional company with the highest level of customer service. I bought a firm pillow from them three years ago. It is the only pillow that i have found supports my neck properly without pain. I wanted a replacement - the older one isn't worn out, but i wanted to leave one in Spain rather than travel with a king size pillow (yes - first world problems, i know).
