I recently purchased a goose down duvet from Diamond Bedding, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. Within just a few weeks, the duvet's color became discolored, despite using a white duvet set. Additionally, feathers started to leak out. I contacted the company, providing pictures and discussing the issue over the phone, but nothing was resolved. Their customer service was far from professional. I spent a significant amount of money on this duvet and am very dissatisfied with the product and lack of support.
Ordered 25th April delivered 9th May after 2 week wait. However customer service was responsive and apologetic, offering a small refund, and said they are now back with next day delivery.
Have had several items from them over the last few years. All still in great condition and would be glad to buy from them again.
Really poor customer service. Called to ask few questions (was about to place order ) but the guy was lazy to talk and after minute put me on music without warning. Can you believe how rude??? I called again, now he put me on music straight away. Nonsense. Now cancelling order. Thanks God I called to check
We purchased all seasons down duvet, and what can I saw, we sleep under a cloud. It does not compare to down and feather we used in the last years. I had no dealings with the customer service because there was no need to. I bought on Monday afternoon and it was delivered on Wednesday. I tried to compare prices to other retailers and these people were reasonable. Also, I quite liked the unprofessional look of the website.
