I love Diamond Bank!! It's a true Arkansas Bank. The people are great, they always have a smile and are very helpful. It's a true 5 star bank.
Mobile banking has been down for several days. I called to ask why I can't make a deposit and informed the staff of the error message. I was told the problem has been reported, and a ticket has been submitted. #1 Inclement weather is not an excuse when the patch, etc., can be handled remotely. #2 It would be nice if a message had been sent to customers via the mobile app or even a Facebook post.
