Great people work here, friendly, helpful, and they are very welcoming. If you have questions they more than likely have the answers. The people make the place and they are amazing!!!!
What a joke. I have a open account with them and closed out a account in Az with a cashier's check from a bank. They put a hold on the check and would not check funds. Then when they release the funds it was a little at a time. Went in because the ATM will do only 100 a day because my charged off account so they have me on restrictions. Offered to pay the $151 back to get me off the restrictions account and now I have to wait a year. All other Diamond banks are great like Nashville or Glenwood. Murfreesboro location sucks
Great service. They allowed me to cash my stimulus check, without an account, for a 2% fee. I'm satisfied and going to open an account with them soon. Thanks y'all.
