Read the cancelation policy. They lock you into a year without mentioning and then make you appeal "the board" if you would like to cancel services. I have been a customer for years and just found out.

Professional, courteous, an amazing working environment. The platform is constantly improving both from a capability perspective as well as a user interface, design and polish perspective. Dialogtech listens to their users and reacts accordingly.

BEWARE!!!! I was with the original company ifByPhone before DialogTech bought them out, they were ok but these clowns are rip off artists. They are about 3-4 times the cost of their competitors and they feel they can keep drawing from your bank account indefinitely, months after porting away. I would suggest to those reading this review to keep looking for a better phone tracking source , these guys will overcharge you and when you try to leave they will stick it to you again. BUYER BEWARE! I worked with this company for 3 years. When I no longer had a need for their product they wouldn't simply cancel my account. The worst customer service Ive experienced from a SAAS company. Use another company.
