I had my bike serviced here to fix a flat tire and subsequently bought new wheels as mine were showing signs of wear. The turnaround time was impressive, with the bike ready within 24 hours - AWESOME YAY!!!! Unfortunately, upon testing in the parking lot, the rear brakes did not perform as expected, necessitating further repairs and potential additional costs for a brake adjustment. Willing to adjust the rating based on the resolution of the situation. Edit: FIXED no charge and back on the road. 5 Stars.
I'm giving a five star rating for Dialed Cycling Lab (bike shop) in Vancouver. I don't write many reviews, but I am so impressed with the service I've received at Dialed, I thought I'd let folks know. The employees are very welcoming and, when asked, offer excellent advice. What a gem of a shop to have in Vancouver. Jake, the owner, is super nice and just stoked on bikes. Highly recommend.
Paul is great. Was originally coming in one day to get my brakes flushed and then happened to get a flat tire on the way there. He got me in and out as fast as he could and the bike has been great since. Great customer service and they work on ebikes even if you haven’t bought one from them. Definitely will be back there is something is needed.
