The team is super helpful and provides great service. They helped me out with a couple of tubes I was having trouble with and made the whole process quick and easy. Definitely recommend them for any bike needs in Vancouver!

Dialed helped me out in a pinch when I needed a spoke repaired on short notice before a race. In addition, I needed some assistance remounting the tubeless tires (not my proudest moment) and they were extremely helpful. Dialed is an amazing shop and without them, I wouldn’t have been able to make a fool of myself in my race today. Thanks again!
Dialed Cycling Lab is AMAZING. TLDR version: - Super knowledgable, passionate, and extremely helpful crew. - Great product selection in the shop, and fast/reliable delivery through their website (I prefer to support small businesses vs. Amazon) - Highly entertaining and educational Podcast.
