Dialed Cycling Lab is AMAZING. TLDR version: - Super knowledgable, passionate, and extremely helpful crew. - Great product selection in the shop, and fast/reliable delivery through their website (I prefer to support small businesses vs. Amazon) - Highly entertaining and educational Podcast. Friendly and fast service, provided me exactly with what I needed.
We called Dialed Cycling after the neighborhood bully stole my 7 year old’s bike from under her and jumped on the back wheel; this bent parts on both the bike and wheel, causing the bike to be completely inoperable. Not only did Dialed Cycling get her bike in and fixed incredibly fast the same day, they also did something else (that I won’t mention so it’s not an expected thing from others) for this single momma who is so incredibly grateful to have her kiddo back out on her beloved bike again. This place is fantastic! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my granddaughter’s bike in one day and were so gracious about it! I would highly recommend them!
