Dropped my bike off Ray got it fixed up with I am super happy with it. I will be very happy to keep going back to the shop.
Drove from Steiner Ranch to see Ray to get some service on my Yamaha E- mountain bike. Ray was awesome. Very knowledgeable and friendly . I got my bike fixed, tuned up and upgraded my pedals in About an hour. I didn’t have to leave it and drive back. It was worth the drive and will definitely keep going back.
Customer service and knowledge at its very finest that I have not experienced in a very long time. I haven't been on a bike for 20+ years. Ray asked me the right questions to find out what I really needed that would suit me best for getting back into biking. Ray built it, after a test ride he tuned it, then delivered it. Taught me all the new tech that this new bike has. Support and go visit this local business - I am so happy I did! I would give more stars if I could.
If you need great advice on the best bike for you whether it’s electric or acoustic, they will make sure you’re coming correct out on the trails, no doubt.
