The Dial Community model has been an outstanding experience for my parents and our family. I would love everyone to know how amazing Dial has been to my parents. To start off my parents have lived at Fountains Senior Living in Bettendorf for 14 years. They had the time of their lives. My mother made so many friends. She was able to socialize like she loved to do in her own home. She passed 2 years ago. My Dad past May 15th it has been a struggle with his fast decline. I as a manager found the lack of corporate support a failure in care and support. Being fired by a corporate place by one others views and 15% of negative customer place a joke to my level a place glad to not be a part of a community in early change that hated your place.
