Always 45 minutes to an hour late then will pass your drop off consistently to drop off others don’t make an appt and use this if you need to be somewhere on time
The dispatch lady is rude. I do NOT recommend sending you're kids on this bus, especially if you don't want random pick up times, drop off times, and the most random schedule. The dispatch lady tried to argue that they drop off the same time every day. (Guess what?) They don't. I have had 4 different alarms set for 4 different times my child was dropped off to me. While waiting for a flight that got pushed back, I called and set up a ride from the airport to downtown on river street. I was told it would be a half hour wait. Over a half hour goes by, so I call and I was told about another 15min. 15min went by and no bus arrived. It took over an hour to get picked up and taken from practically one end of town to the other. The dispatchers are almost always rude. It’s like they go out of their way to hire rude people. They haven’t improved over the years either. The drivers on the other hand are super nice thanks for all your hard work!
We tend to take our public transportation for granted, however we are very fortunate for the services they provide. Students, low income workers and disabled residents are just a few examples of riders. I've utilized the Dial a Ride while my car was being repaired, again after surgeries or medical restrictions and am always grateful. Support the bus!
