Dispatch is rude
The operator lady you schedule rides with is so rude and unpleasant to talk to. Almost makes me not want to use it I'd rather walk than call and talk with her. I mean life is difficult enough not having a vehicle but this is the only form of public transportation and you have one job.
The bus service is good but people in office is rude

There's a like two women there who are decent folk and treat you like your a person instead of a headache. The rest of the women at this place are rude, spiteful, and inconsiderate. Even when an issue is their fault, you get punished for it.
